As our busy hospital moves forward to expand our team, we are excited to announce a job opening for a Care Coordinator in our beautiful office in Upper Montclair. We are looking for a team member with a friendly attitude, and both computer and customer service experience. All interested individuals are encouraged to apply.

- greeting clients
- helping with pet care at the front desk and by phone
- maintaining medical files
- handling patients
- taking histories
- understanding patient and client needs to help them in an efficient and accurate manner
- scheduling appointments
- filing medications
- closing responsibilities (light cleaning, reconciling financial transactions, communication with referral hospitals)
