About The Role:
Katz Legacy, in partnership with The Alliance, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our leadership team. This role goes beyond traditional admin task you'll be directly involved in helping build and support our growing network of agents. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. If you’re someone who can juggle schedules, coordinate communications, and assist with team development and recruiting efforts, we’d love to meet you.
The role is part-time to start with, with the opportunity for full-time employment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting logistics for executives
- Coordinate internal and external communications
- Assist in managing recruitment-related tasks (e.g., scheduling interviews, screening resumes)
- Serve as a point of contact for agents and prospects
- Help prepare reports, presentations, and documentation
- Maintain organized filing systems and track project progress
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Provide overall administrative support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience as an executive assistant or in an administrative role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently with a high level of integrity
- Interest or experience in recruitment or agent support is a plus.
