What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Katz Properties?
Large Property Management Company has an immediate opening for a floating Maintenance Technician for over 1,500 units on Milwaukee’s East Side.
Applicants must be proficient in carpentry, plumbing and electrical. Knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus.
We are looking for a reliable, hard working, thorough, and self starting person to join our professional team.
Applicants will need to provide their own tools and have a valid driver’s license.
Hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. but may vary.
Rotating “on call” schedule will also apply.
