Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for the office.
- Maintain an organized filing system for documents and records.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry and managing correspondence.
- Assist with customer support by addressing client needs and concerns effectively.
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth office operations.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in computer literacy, including experience with office software applications.
