Job Overview
Kauaʻi Precision Cleaning LLC is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. We take pride in delivering high-quality cleaning services that care for our clients’ investments, elevate each space, and leave guests impressed. Responsibilities
-Thoroughly clean assigned areas, including rental units, kitchens, restrooms, lanais, and common spaces.
-Launder all terry items and linens, and reset units to company standards for incoming guests.
-Sanitize and clean toilets, showers, tubs, sinks, high-touch surfaces, mirrors, and cabinets.
-Dust furniture, ceiling fans, art, and decor.
-Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed.
-Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to achieve high standards of cleanliness.
-Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines.
-Inspect units for maintenance issues or safety hazards and report them promptly.
-Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
-Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns or requests.
Requirements
-Must be able to speak and write in English fluently.
-Must have reliable communication (phone, email, text) and dependable transportation to job sites in the Kapaʻa to Wailua area, and/or Poʻipū.
-High school diploma or a State of Hawaiʻi workers permit (must be at least 16 years old to apply).
-Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred.
-Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Good physical stamina; must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
-Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, procedures, and cleaning equipment use is a plus.
-Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
-Strong organizational skills.
-Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high-quality standards.
-Must pass drug screening, background check, and legally be able work in the USA.

Pay: Depending on Experience
Pay Schedule: Bi-Weekly.
Schedule: 10:00 am-4:00pm M-F, Must be available on weekends & some holidays.
