Job Overview

Duties

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers, subcontractors, and other on-site personnel.
- Ensure safety procedures and protocols are followed at all times to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Maintain and enforce quality control standards to ensure work meets or exceeds project specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate execution of plans.
- Manage material and equipment inventory, ensuring necessary supplies are on-site and properly maintained.
- Resolve on-site issues, making adjustments as needed to ensure project progress.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to keep projects on track.
- Maintain daily logs of work performed, delays, and any issues that arise during construction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Foreman in the construction industry (minimum of [X] years).
