Job Summary:
Kauai Island Utility Cooperative is looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Human Resources Specialist! This position provides functional, technical, strategic and management support to meet the day-to-day functions of the Human Resources department. Responsibilities include core areas, but are not limited to, recruitment, benefits, compensation, organizational development, employee relations, labor relations, performance management and workforce planning to align with KIUC's strategic goals and business objectives. Builds relationships through collaborative partnerships with management, different departments, employees, the HR community, the labor union, government agencies and the community. Provides support and guidance to employees and management regarding HR-related issues.
This position requires the incumbent to be physically on-site. Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the United States. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
