What are the responsibilities and job description for the Genral Manager (INCLUDES HOUSING) position at Kauai Pet Boarding & Grooming?
We are looking for an individual to manage our dog boarding and dog grooming facility. This is a full time position, requiring attention to detail and safety. The GM is responsible for booking grooming and boarding appointments with clients, scheduling employees, hiring new employees, creating systems for the dog park/grooming shop to run smoothly, covering missed shifts from other employees, ordering supplies, opening and closing when needed, and doing all tasks necessary to maintain a clean, healthy environment for the animals and staff. The GM also must maintain a willingness to learn basic grooming skills and possibly more advanced grooming techniques. We operate our business primarily outdoors. With an increase in clients, we are operating at a fast pace and the GM must have excellent time management.
Housing is available if needed.
Personal dogs are allowed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
