Job Description:
We are currently looking for a quick learner who is a highly organized individual. This position provides high-level administrative support to ensure the successful operation of our office. This role involves managing office tasks, maintaining records, handling communication, and offering general support to other departments. We will provide on the job training to the right person! This team member will report to the Director of Finance and President.
Responsibilities:
- Properly account for all customer payments, including checks, lockbox, and ACH.
- Scan, copy, and electronically file documents.
- Answer office phone calls as needed.
- Provide support the completion of time and attendance.
- Provide support to the completion of purchase orders.
- Support other office personnel.
- Reconcile various documents and data files to information held with the ERP system.
- Input data into various excel files and into the ERP system.
- Prepare and send invoices to customers.
- Participate in the 3-way match process with Accounts Payable.
- Review and enter invoices into ERP system.
- Interact with customers, vendors, and Kaufhold’s team members to seek information to resolve accounting matters.
Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Positive attitude, desire to learn new tasks, and has attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset.
- Must have strong computer skills including using Microsoft products (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Proven support or office work (schooling or work experience).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Successful in working independently and managing time.
Basic accounting knowledge preferred but not required. Training will be provided to the right candidate!
