What does a Marketing Coordinator do?

As a Full-Time Marketing Coordinator at KRI, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing strategies within the vacuum systems industry. Collaborating closely with an outside marketing firm, as well as our sales, operations, and finance teams, you will help plan, develop, and execute comprehensive branding strategies across digital channels. Your innovative approach will enhance our marketing communications and public relations activities, ensuring that our customer-centric focus is communicated effectively both internally and externally. Additionally, you'll work hand-in-hand with the sales team to devise strategies and goals for trade shows, coordinating all logistics to maximize our impact.

Your role will be pivotal in fostering respectful relationships with clients while maintaining the integrity that KRI stands for in the vacuum systems industry.

What you need to be successful

To excel as a Marketing Coordinator at KRI, several key skills and knowledge areas are essential. Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing plus 3-5 years' experience.
• Technical Knowledge in electronics, thin films, or vacuum science is a plus.
• Solid experience using adobe and photoshop.
• Strong copywriting skills.
• Advanced computer skills including CRM/ERP and Microsoft Suite.
• Interpersonal skills and an ability to foster relationships.
