We are looking for an experienced Bartender/Kavatender to join our growing tribe.

This is an hourly tipped position with the ability to earn up to $40 an hour!

This is a solo gig! You must feel confident in managing the bar and its vibe during your shift.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare non-alcohol plant-based botanical beverages
- Interact with guests, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks with enthusiasm
- Use sales tactics to improve shift sales
- Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Able to work autonomously while upholding company standards
- Promote a positive atmosphere within the bar
- Post regularly to our social media accounts (Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook)
- Be a valuable and responsible member of the Tribe!
- Flexibility to work at other locations occasionally preferred
