JOB DESCRIPTION:

Kava Culture/Botanical Brewing is looking for a driven and creative individual excited to ideate and create high-quality content across multiple avenues, continuing to build our brand and drive revenue.
Brand Ethos
Vibrant and Engaging: Reflect the lively spirit of Kava Culture in all visual and textual content.
Community-Centric: Focus on building and nurturing a community that loves our brand and products.
Trendy Yet Timeless: Stay ahead of trends but also create content that has a lasting appeal and drives sales.
Drive Foot Traffic & Sales: Use social for soft sales and hard sales, both e-commerce and foot traffic, through interest in our products with creative social posts.
Social Media
Maintain accounts: Ensure accounts are set up, optimized, and functioning correctly.
Platform Content: Tailor content to each platform. Platforms include Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, Threads, etc.
Engagement: Regularly interact with the audience through comments, polls, and direct messages. Make sure all messages and comments are responded to for all brands and locations. Significantly increase engagement each month.
Brand Voice: Work with the Marketing Director to fully develop and implement the brand voice in comments, messages, and content.
Content: Ensure content is spelled correctly, factual, and not ChatGPT generated.
Content Calendar: Work with the Marketing Director on monthly professional content calendars for all locations under Kavanation.
Content Mix: Balance between promotional, educational, and entertaining content. Incorporate user-generated content to boost community involvement.
Graphic Design Focus
Campaign Visuals: Create eye-catching graphics and videos for various campaigns and any marketing needs, maintaining brand consistency while innovating in design.
Infographics and Educational Content: Design visually appealing and informative graphics that educate the audience about Kava Culture and its products.
Branding & Marketing Materials: Continuously evolve and refine branding materials and promos.
Creativity and Innovation
Campaign Brainstorming: Work with the Marketing Director to regularly ideate new, creative campaign ideas that can go viral and increase brand visibility.
Trend Incorporation: Seamlessly integrate current social media and design trends into our content.
Feedback and Adaptation: Use audience feedback to adapt and refine content and design strategies. Update avatars with this information.
Reporting
Provide insights and reports on social media performance and graphic design impact on a monthly basis.
Directories: Assist in review and directory management.
Assist Department: Help the marketing department as needs arise.
Needs: Experience in Adobe Suite, work experience in social media and graphic design, experience in bar/restaurant marketing preferred.
