Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to drive franchise sales and grow our brand nationwide. This is a fully commission-based role with high earning potential. Compensation will be structured based on experience and performance.
This position is remote, but the selected candidate must be available for weekly meetings (in person or virtually) and occasional travel for franchise-related events.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, attract, and qualify potential franchisees interested in owning a Kava Luv Social Lounge.
- Lead and manage the franchise sales process from initial inquiry to contract signing.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed franchise acquisition goals.
- Conduct presentations and meetings to educate prospects on the benefits of owning a Kava Luv franchise.
- Collaborate with the executive team to refine and improve franchise sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of franchise leads, communications, and deal progress.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in franchise sales, business development, or high-ticket sales.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated and driven to work independently and achieve results.
- Familiarity with the food & beverage or hospitality industry is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work remotely while maintaining strong communication with the Kava Luv team.
