Responsibilities :

  • Provide technical support for internal applications (primarily ERP and other major business applications) to 150 users.
  • Assist with data analytics and reporting.
  • Provide System Administration assistance when needed. (Azure, CISCO Meraki, Windows Server)

    • Required Experience :

  • 2 years of helpdesk experience.
  • MS365, SSO, Azure, SharePoint

    • Nice to have Experience :

  • ERP background (Viewpoint construction software preferred but not required)
  • Power BI
  • Crystal Reports
