Kavaliro is seeking a Business Development Representative for our Jacksonville client who will play a key role in supporting both the company and its customers. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual responsible for driving sales via our website to our Customer and Dealer networks. The role focuses on fostering profitable sales growth by building, nurturing, and expanding customer accounts through consistent communication. This role reports directly to the Director of Sales. Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering outstanding service through effective communication with incoming inquiries.Assist in resolving any customer-related issues, working closely with dealers and end-users to ensure satisfaction.Actively pursue new business opportunities by making outbound sales calls to both new and existing customers. Stay informed of trends, market opportunities, and potential risks.Educate assigned customers on how to fully leverage our technologies, promoting adoption and increasing usage rates.Use sales strategies to consult with customers, helping them better understand and utilize our products and services.Foster clear communication, both with customers and within the company.Utilize Salesforce for managing tasks, calendar events, and tracking progress.Analyze customer needs, recommend appropriate products or services, and negotiate pricing or terms to close sales.Create compelling sales presentations, proposals, and other materials that highlight the benefits of our offerings.Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new product developments and improve customer interactions.Perform additional duties as needed.QualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent required.Familiarity with HVACR terminology and products is advantageous.Proven experience in sales and market development.Track record of achieving sales targets, with a strong ability to analyze sales and market data.Solid problem-solving and business skills, with a focus on customer service (both internal and external).Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access), Salesforce, and other web-based tools.Skills & CompetenciesExcellent negotiation and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to communicate effectively across various levels.Strong customer service orientation and ability to build long-term relationships.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to improve outcomes.Creative thinking in sourcing new opportunities, with the ability to present consultative sales solutions.Ability to work autonomously as well as collaborate within a team environment.Kavaliro provides Equal Employment Opportunities to all employees and applicants.
