Kavaliro's consulting client is seeking a Global Data Operations Specialist to support their investment banking operations in New York City. Global Data Operations Specialist
Location: New York City
Duration: 1-Year Contract (Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client and product data within platforms such as Ransys, XTP, Clearing Calypso, and Futures Direct.
- Oversee reconciliation processing and reporting for Clearing HBEU, HBUS, and HBAP.
- Maintain static data setup and control functions to support accurate trade clearing operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple business lines and GBM hubs to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Identify and resolve operational issues related to data management and reconciliation processes.
- Leverage numerical and analytical skills to drive improvements in data management and reporting.
- Experience: 2 years in an Investment Banking Operations environment with exposure to static data setup and control functions.
- Technical Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of Ransys, XTP, Clearing Calypso, and Futures Direct platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Competencies:
- Strong understanding of reconciliation processing and reporting for clearing systems.
- Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage relationships across diverse teams and business lines.
