Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent plus 1 years of relevant machine operation experience (or equivalent)
- Self-motivated with strong work ethic
- Ability to adapt to frequent changes
- Basic knowledge of computers, Windows, and Microsoft Office
- Mechanical aptitude (knowledge of equipment such as motors, pumps, valves, etc.)
- Good math skills including the ability to perform simple calculations when provided the necessary inputs
- Knowledge of extrusion a plus
