Responsibilities : Project Related ManagementDevelop, monitor and maintain project schedulesForecast, monitor and maintain project budgetsManage project cash flowsUnderstand and execute on all requirements pertaining to electrical, building and environmental permits with local, state and federal authoritiesManage civil, electrical and mechanical quality control processes, with ultimate responsibility for system quality and achievement of manufacturer warranty requirementsOverall responsibility for the execution and management of company and OSHA safety policies on the job siteOversee and manage the on-site construction teamCoordinate mechanical and electrical system commissioning proceduresDirect the day-to-day operations of Projects, implementing plans and policies to achieve overall company objectives to ensure maximum operating resultsManage prequalification and selection criteria for SubcontractorsManage system interconnection agreement requirements with the local utilityEnable others to act.
