What are the responsibilities and job description for the Systems Administrator position at Kavaliro?
Kavaliro is seeking a Systems Administrator to support a client in the Ft. Meade area. The Cloud System Administrator who acts as liaison between the client and operations teams for support and escalations.
Responsibilities include :
- Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks.
- Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime.
- Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.
- Provide customer onboarding tracking and provisioning assignments.
- Utilize continuous monitoring tools to monitor for service interruptions / alerts / outages and report to key stakeholders.
