We're looking to hire a family nurse practitioner (NP) as we grow in the Lakeville area!
This is an exciting nurse practitioner (NP) role, allowing you to both practice independently, as well as collaborate with a team of knowledgeable and like-minded providers.

Responsibilities Overview :
Clinic hours are 8am-7pm weekdays, virtual 10am-2pm weekends.
Qualifications
Licensure : FNP-C, APRN and RN licensure per the MN Board of Nursing. Maintain current BLS.
Experience : 1 year of family practice, urgent care, pediatrics or dermatology. Interest in holistic care and improving the Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) is a plus!
Education : Graduate of an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner Program. Master’s Degree required.
