As a hands-on Senior Solution Developer this role will lead the design and development of cutting-edge, customer facing SaaS based web and mobile applications, leveraging expertise in API-first design, React Native, and cloud computing.
Responsible for shaping and leading technical solutions and ongoing operations that enable our flagship product portfolio with best-in-class Fluid Intelligence platform, this individual plays a role of hands-on technical guru in delivering complex projects and occasionally technical scrum master within Fluid Intelligence and R&D space. ACCOUNTABILITIES - List the primary job responsibilities and activities in order of importance. Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following : Solution Lifecycle
- Manage the complete lifecycle cycle of portfolio applications from inception to retirement to shape and execute landscape strategy and roadmap for multiple concurrent DIT projects with in Fluid Intelligence and R&D space.
- Evaluate business requirements and technology landscape to identify and recommend the most appropriate technology.
- Ensure applications and data are effectively integrated into the broader technology ecosystem to create a cohesive landscape.
- Drive performance improvement of applications to be consistent with the vision, operating modes and processes that are leveraging these systems.

Key Education or Certification Required t least Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Information Systems preferred. Masters Degree in preferred Required Minimum Number of Years of Relevant Experience 8 years of progressive Digital IT and hands-on technology experience.
8 years' experience in Architecture, design, development, test strategy and implementation of Cloud Native Mobile,
connect products in a private / public cloud environment (Azure or AWS).
Proven experience of 8 years in a senior hands-on role, with a strong background in SaaS technology platforms and connected devices environment. Required Skills and Competencies Deep knowledge of information systems, architecture, application development, system integration.
Passionate about using technology to solve business problems through data, integration, applications, and sustainable architecture.
Extensive hands on experience in Full-Stack design and development of Microservices, API's, JSON,, React Native application development.
Hands on experience in React native tools, Next.js, Node.js along with Mysql, PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
Hands on experience in working with container management solutions like Kubernetes with expertise in configuring and scaling docker containers.
Experience in event driven Architectures utilizing Queues, MQTT or AMQP protocols.
Experience in working with teams in a multi-geographies in Agile / Scrum setting with productivity tools like Jira, confluence.
Good exposure in managing Automated build process and continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) processes.
Ability to communicate, gain consensus, shape, challenge and influence effectively in group settings. Cloud architecture and infrastructure design including configuring VPC, ALB in containerized application architectures leveraging Kubernetes is a must.
Hands on experience in Single Sign on, SAML, JWT,
Salesforce CRM, ERP integration and MDM (Customer, Product) integration knowledge is highly desirable. Exposure to Industrial automation integration with PLC, remote service management gateways and OTA knowledge is added advantage
Local to PA is preferred yes it will be hybrid 3 day at office type setup.
