The Kaw Nation is seeking a seasoned Land Management Director to lead our natural resource management efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing our land inventory and classification program, as well as our land disposal program through sale, lease or exchange.

The Kaw Nation is seeking a seasoned Land Management Director to lead our natural resource management efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing our land inventory and classification program, as well as our land disposal program through sale, lease or exchange.
Duties:
- Maintain current knowledge of pertinent legislation and land use regulations.
- Design and implement ways to improve the land with minimal environmental impact.
- Choose and prepare sites for planting trees and other crops.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in resource management, planning, or a related field, or four years of experience in land management.
- A demonstrated ability to read maps and knowledge of legal property descriptions.
- The ability to physically lift at least 50lbs and set priorities, organize, coordinate work efficiently, and establish good personal relations with other office workers.
