Job Title: Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist
Location: Henderson, NV
Pay Range: $50,000 - $55,000 Annual
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist to join our team. If you have a passion for numbers and experience with QuickBooks, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Process and manage vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
- Review and reconcile statements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of all AP transactions
- Verify, code, and enter invoices into the accounting system.
- Prepare and process check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers.
- Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries and discrepancies.
- Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations.
Qualifications:
- 1 years of experience in accounts payable or a related accounting role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred).
