Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to management.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to evaluate investment opportunities, perform scenario analysis, and support strategic projects
- Prepare and present financial reports, including variance analysis, to senior management.
- Drive the development and enhancement of FP&A processes, tools, and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial strategies and initiatives.
- Analyze financial and operational data to provide actionable recommendations to improve profitability, efficiency, and scalability.
- Self-starter with a growth mindset, capable of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and support business decision-making processes.
- Partner with departments such as operations, sales, and marketing to ensure alignment on financial goals and performance metrics.
- Monitor market conditions and assess their impact on the company’s financial strategies.
- Be responsible for both ad hoc analysis & assisting with development of dashboards for Accounting, Finance and Store Operations reporting and insights.
- Work autonomously to complete projects from ideation to final deliverable.
- Provide support during audits and prepare necessary documentation.
- All other job duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, treasury, or related financial roles.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
- Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
- Experience with treasury management systems and banking operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Dynamics 365) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work on-site at our Foothill Ranch, CA office.
Profile Differentiators:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred
- Experience in founding, co-founding or working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience in Powersports Finance Industry (motorcycle, ATVs UTVs, PWCs)
- Experience in a FinTech startup.
- Advanced Professional degree.
Salary Range:
$85,000.00 - $90,000.00 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
