Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and security systems.
- Lead the implementation of new IT systems and ensure seamless integration with existing processes.
- Develop and communicate the organization’s IT vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure the security and reliability of the company’s IT systems.
- Provide guidance to business leaders, IT staff, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and growth-focused work environment.
- Manage IT projects, including timelines, budgets, and resources, to ensure successful completion.
- Design and manage robust security protocols, backup plans, and disaster recovery strategies to protect data and maintain business continuity.
- Monitor and maintain system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support to staff.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Partner with executive leadership and department heads to identify and prioritize technology requirements, offering strategic insights on IT projects.
- Work closely with the IT team of Kawasaki Motors Corp, USA to ensure alignment and integration of IT strategies and systems.
- Implement governance frameworks to optimize IT investments, mitigate risks, and support decision-making
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to IT operations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technological trends and advancements to recommend and implement improvements.
- Assess and implement cybersecurity measures to mitigate risks and ensure robust defenses against potential threats
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Previous experience in IT job responsibilities within financial services is mandatory.
- Must be familiar with the implementation of Loan Origination Systems, (LOS) Loan Management Systems (LMS) and Credit Decision Systems
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in IT management, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in implementing new IT systems in a company.
- Proficiency in managing IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and security systems.
- Strong knowledge of IT best practices, security standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Superior communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work closely with the IT team of Kawasaki Motors Corp, USA.
- Effective interpersonal skills for working across teams and departments
- Ability to work on-site at our Foothill Ranch, CA office.
Profile Differentiators:
- Experience in founding, co-founding or working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience in Powersports Finance Industry (motorcycle, ATVs UTVs, PWCs)
- Experience in a FinTech startup.

Salary Range:
$130,000 - $160,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
