Clinical Risk Management Specialist Responsibilities: The successful candidate will oversee the patient and family grievance process, responding promptly to care concerns. They will also be responsible for monitoring quality of care and patient safety in clinical environments. To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should have a valid CA RN license and at least two years of experience in hospital acute care settings. One year of risk management experience is also required. Holding a BSN or MSN degree or being enrolled in an RN-BSN program can be advantageous. While certification in CPHRM is not mandatory, it's highly recommended.
