Reporting to the department director, this position is responsible for developing and distributing a variety of routine and strategic business analyses in efforts to demonstrate and support high quality, cost-effective, and efficient business processes and services.

Required:Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (i.e.: Healthcare, Finance, Accounting, Economics), or three years’ experience in performing analysis of services in a hospital or multi-physician office setting.Preferred:N/A Testing N/A Experience Required:N/A Preferred:Three or more years’ experience in performing analysis of services in a hospital or multi-physician office setting Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Working knowledge of clinic and billing information systems, including high level reporting, and strong project management skill.

Ability to successfully present and articulate key business-related data Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects Department Specific Requirements N/A Essential Gathers and analyzes pertinent data for the creation of business plans, grant proposals, strategy/operational documents on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis to meet the strategic goals of the division. Compiles and tabulates patient, employee, and provider surveys and questionnaires as required by the organization or external agencies. Serves as the business analyst resource for the Population Health Leadership team. Utilizes graphs, infographics and other methods to visualize and present data. Collaborates with leaders and various team members to collect and analyze data. Supports department leaders to maintain visibility in areas at risk for reimbursement through communicating key reports (i.e. incomplete documentation, charges). Collaborates with Compliance department and department director to develop and prepare various physician and/or medical group statements. Continually maintains up-to-date information ensuring readiness for reporting of clinical, operations, and financial data. Addendum (essential for specific dept) Additional Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care and services appropriate to the population served on the assigned unit or work area. Performs other duties as assigned.
Pay Range
$22.93 -$34.40
