Manages day-to-day clinic central service operations and long-term planning of clinic services in collaboration with the clinic health care team.
QUALIFICATIONS
License / Certification
Required : Kaweah Health approved crisis intervention training within 60 days of hire / transfer.
Education
Preferred : Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent combination of education / related experience
Experience
Required : Three years management experience in multi-disciplinary clinic setting.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential

Responsible for clinic central service practices and flow in coordination with clinic management.
Develops, prepares, and manages budget for clinic central services cost center.
Continuously assesses and improves the clinic central services operations as it relates to goals, quality standards, and patient satisfaction in coordination with clinic management.
Responsible for effectively handling patient complaints, patient problem solving, patient intervention, patient service recovery.
Ensures clinic providers are effectively supported in the delivery of medical care.
Prepares the discussion topics, agenda, and trainings for the monthly department meetings.
Helps develop new service lines and coordinates support to grow provider practices and open patient access.
Ensures appropriate goals and benchmarks are met for service lines within the central services team, such as transportation, referrals, phones.
Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care and services appropriate to the population served on the assigned unit or work area.
Pay Range
30.76 -$46.14
