RN Anesthetist CRNA-Obstetrics

As the Department of Anesthesia at Kaweah Delta Medical Center (KDMC) continues to grow, we are currently recruiting four CRNAs to join its cohesive, exceptional, and innovative team . The candidate will join a partnership of over 20 CRNAs working independently alongside a group of 10 anesthesiologists. The ideal candidate will be a CRNA who is looking to work independently and utilize their full scope of practice. In this role, the CRNA will provide anesthesia in a variety of cases, except for cardiac anesthesia. OB Call is not required, but all CRNAs help in OB if needed. Similarly, regional skills are not required, but CRNAs with regional skills will have the opportunity to use them. They should value a collegial work environment as the CRNAs here learn and grow together. Additionally, the facility hosts a variety of learners, including two CRNA programs and the department is home to a physician residency program. Provide anesthesia coverage in the following areas : General Surgery Vascular Surgery Orthopedic Surgery Podiatric Surgery Ophthalmological Surgery Gynecological Surgery Otolaryngological Surgery Plastic Surgery Urological Surgery Neurological Surgery Trauma Surgery Labor and Delivery Anesthesia ~8, 10, and 12 hour shifts ~ An average of two to four 24-hour in house call per month, depending on provider preference ~ Post-call day off unless provider elects otherwise Requirements NBCRNA certified; current ACLS, BLS, PALS Active CA license Compensation ~1099 Status for partners ~ Partnership opportunity day one ~$175 / hour rate for partners, $155 / hour per diem ~$3800 in house OB Call / $3300 in house OR Call (second room running)~ Flexible scheduling ~ Student loan reimbursement opportunities ~$10k sign-on bonus with a 2-year full-time retention ~ Annual retention bonuses for full-time partners, approx. $20k depending on productivity ~$2500 malpractice reimbursement for full-time partners ~ Transparency : Rates are the same for all partners ~ Generous Holiday Incentives
