Arconic is currently in search of an ERP / Application Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master to join our Kawneer business based in Norcross, GA.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will :
- Under direction of IT PMO manager, responsible for managing all aspects of the development and implementation lifecycle and is the single point of contact for those projects.
- Will manage the delivery of large and complex multi-disciplinary ERP / Application projects within a predetermined budget, scope, and schedule without falling short on high quality standards.
- Takes projects from original concept through final implementation while achieving the desired business results.
- Work within a Scrum environment to plan and deliver incremental software in defined sprints.
- Managing the backlog, facilitating meetings, and coaching the Agile process will be involved on a day-to-day level.
- Identify areas where we can improve delivery, increase velocity, and have a better overall user experience.
- Facilitating team meetings, including the Daily Stand-up / Scrum, Grooming Session, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review / Demo, and Sprint Retrospective.
- Promotes adherence to Agile software development best practices and acts as an Agile coach to the project team.
- Conduct ongoing IT audit tests as part of organization's risk management protocols.
