Job Description
Arconic is currently in search of an Extrusion Lead to join our BCS Team in Springdale, Arkansas .

Responsibilities
Job Duties :
- Drive the day to day operational staffing
- Keep an up-to-date schedule posted;
- Manage training plans to bridge skills gaps and update the training / skills matrix;
- Monitor attendance and manage violations;
- Ensure weekly EHS and Human Resources SPL and TBT are completed and turned in on time;
- Ensure C8 completion;
- Manage all supplies and tooling orders;
- Keep track of all extrusion supplies and reorder as needed;
- Manage Production Control "Lists";
- Manage all TPM coordination with Maintenance;
Manage / assign labor for each AM;
