As a Jeweler, you will be responsible for creating, selling, repairing, and maintaining jewelry while providing exceptional customer service in a retail environment.
Duties
- Assist customers with product demonstrations and provide knowledgeable insight.
- KPI driven position (EARNyour commission!)
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and upsell products when appropriate.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
- Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory effectively.
Skills
- Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transactions.
- Strong phone etiquette for effective communication with customers.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing customer interactions.
- Experience in retail sales with a focus on upselling techniques.
