Position: HR Administrative Assistant
Company: Global AM 100 Law Firm
Comp Package: Base salary to $65K, Paid Overtime, Bonus, Full Benefits, 401K , etc.
Location: Midtown NYC (Hybrid WFH schedule)
Responsibilities for HR Administrative Assistant:
- Responsible for legal and administrative data entries in PeopleSoft such as new employee hiring, job codes, employee contact information, etc;
- Maintains the Client Matters and other various data for all departments;
- Ensures alumni information is current in PeopleSoft by checking InterAction tickets and the Alumni Center;
- Creates compensation spreadsheets and prepares reference packets for all review cycles;
- Prepares surveys and annual review processes in viDesktop;
- Runs basic ad hoc administrative and legal reports from PeopleSoft and viDesktop;
- Reviews and assists with creating and distributing weekly, monthly and quarterly reports from PeopleSoft and viDesktop;
- Communicates with and directs employees and managers to appropriate Human Resources personnel to handle specific questions or employee issues;
Qualifications for HR Administrative Assistant:
- 6 months of relevant HR or administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Must be able to work directly with employees at all levels
- Excellent listening skills with strong follow-up skills
- Familiarity with or ability to learn human resources terminology and procedures
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
