I am looking for a skilled freelance developer with experience in creating Telegram bots using the python-telegram-bot library for an exciting and dynamic project.

Project Overview : Bot Synopsis :
Customers / users will go to the bot and deposit Sol (Solana) into their wallet, and then they can purchase the services that they require. The bot will handle the SOL transactions as well as the actual services.
Services offered within bot :
- Initial items :
- Descreener.com coin rockets and fire.
- When a client goes to the website and clicks on a coin, they can select to “vote” for rocket or fire for the coin. The bot should replicate this service automatically.
- The customer enters the CA (contract address) of the coin that they would like to “vote” for.
- The customer selects the amount of Votes they would like applied to that coin from a predetermined number : 50, 100, 500, 1,000, 5000.
- The customer is charged via their SOL, and the SOL is transferred to my master wallet as payment.
- The bot votes for the coin X amount of times depending on what the customer has paid.
- Example site and where to click : Dexscreener. We only want to work on ROCKET AND FIRE.
- The Dexscreen “Rocket Vote” should be performed in a fast manner, preferably under a second per vote if possible.
- This concept will be implemented across other websites and options much like this.
- Implement a 5% referral fee with custom bot links per user. When a client uses another client’s referral link to the bot, and they purchase a product, the referrer receives 5% of the total cost to their personal bot wallet.
