We are looking for a motivated and dynamic In-Field Customer Service Representative to join our team and support our mission of excellence in customer service.

As an In-Field Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our company in the field, interacting directly with our customers to provide personalized service. This position involves conducting yard evaluations, taking precise measurements, and capturing high-quality photos and videos of customer pools for marketing purposes. You will play a key role in building relationships, gathering important data, and ensuring that our customers' needs are met with professionalism and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interactions:
    • Visit customer locations to conduct yard evaluations, understand their needs and provide helpful information
    • Build rapport with customers, ensuring their questions are answered and concerns addressed
    • Provide excellent service, representing the company in a professional and courteous manner
    • Yard Evaluations & Measurements:
      • Assess the pool area and surrounding yard space to gather accurate data for products, services, or installations
      • Evaluate the overall condition of the pool area and draw an diagram of the backyard along with pictures
    • Marketing Materials:
      • Capture high-quality photos and videos of customer pools for marketing and promotional purposes
      • Ensure visual materials accurately represent the customer's space and needs
    • Follow-Up & Reporting:
      • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, measurements, and photos
      • Provide regular updates to the sales or operations team regarding customer needs, progress, and any follow-up actions needed
      • Communicate with the office to schedule visits and ensure all customer information is up-to-date

    Requirements

    • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus but not required
    • Strong communication skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with customers
    • Ability to take accurate measurements and work with basic tools (measuring tape, camera, etc.)
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Familiarity with basic photo and video equipment is a plus
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
    • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
