Summary: VM Executive role is to support the Global VM Team and Regions to deliver best-in-class brand execution and strategy for KAYALI. With an operational background and design skills, the VM Executive will support on launch, always-on and permanent rollouts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Support in delivering the Global VM strategy to maximize brand awareness and visibility within the relevant markets across all retailers
• Support Global VM team with creative design solutions and lead on operational tasks within market, ensuring briefs are fulfilled to the highest standards and delivered to schedule
• Collaborate with Global Marketing, Design and Creative teams, Regional VM Leads and other stakeholders across the business
• Support in the creative conception, implementation, and execution of all VM assets for new launches including gondola updates, promotional sites, retailer windows, lightboxes, and in-store screen content for all doors in a timely manner working closely with the Global teams and Regions to ensure consistent launch messaging across all consumer touchpoints
• Delivery and support on all relevant guidelines issued by Global, regularly reviewing and updating where necessary
• Have a creative eye to be able to select the correct assets for design updates across multiple formats
• Produce fast and accurate re-sizing or revisions of existing concepts, including gondola artwork, animation artwork, presentations etc.
• Management of market VM databases, forecasts, calendars, planograms and file libraries
• Have knowledge of print and production build techniques, and mindfulness of budget restrictions, environmental issues and project lead times
• Close management of ongoing projects from design to execution with retailer partners
• Project manage all product white samples (new launch kits) and print proofs that need to be sent to suppliers
Carry out and instruct store visits to ensure a consistently high level of execution across all VM
• Be aware of our competitor’s marketing campaigns, VM updates, new trends in design and digital innovations.
Requirements
• You must be a confident user of Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign & Illustrator) and Microsoft Office. 3D skills are a plus.
• Strong project manager, with great time management skills and an ability to handle multiple projects and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
• You will have reasonable knowledge of print and production build techniques, with a mindfulness of budget restrictions, environmental issues and project lead times.
• Acutely attentive to detail and design formatting principles
• Collaborative and a team player with a problem-solving attitude
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage complexity with numerous briefs and requests, all with varying degrees of priority and deadline constraints
• Efficient, ensuring all plans are thoroughly prepared and all eventualities considered.
• Ability to act on initiative and take ownership of projects and tasks.
• You will have strong verbal and written communications skills.
