What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer service representative position at Kaybee of Macon, Inc?
Well established retail clothing and jewelry store in Downtown Macon is searching for a full time customer representative.
This CSR will provide product and service information, assist customers with purchases and other general office duties. We are looking for someone with problem-solving skills that comes naturally to them but someone that is also patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative and someone that can put themselves in our customers’ shoes.
The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities include but will not be limited to include
- Identify and assess customers accounts and answer any questions or concerns they may have
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Assisting customers with purchases, credit applications, payments and inquiries they have while shopping
- General office duties such as filing, typing and data entry
Skills
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt / respond to different situations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school degree or GED
- Basic computer and calculator knowledge a must
