The Client Advocate serves as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries regarding their accounts. You will work closely with the Financial Advisors, Business Development, and Operations Departments. A viable candidate should possess the following qualifications:
Responsibilities
· Ability to provide a high level of customer service in a calm, courteous and professional manner in a non-smoking office setting.
· Exhibit good interpersonal skills needed to successfully interact with prospects, clients, and financial professionals.
· Establish and maintain effective working relationships with your team.
· Operate standard office equipment and use required software applications to produce correspondence, reports, electronic communications, spreadsheets, and databases.
· The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills across multiple platforms (phone, email, in-person, virtual).
· Ability to organize, manage, and track multiple assignments, adjust for changing priorities, and meet deadlines in a task-oriented work environment.
· Collect client data, open new accounts, prepare paperwork, and obtain necessary signatures.
· Provide exceptional service for client needs through account maintenance relationship support.
· Process deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
· Document all client communications & transactions.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy of work produced. Quality over quantity.
· Responsible for follow-up of all tasks to ensure accurate and timely completion.
· Work both independently and as part of a cohesive team.
· Perform other miscellaneous responsibilities & duties assigned and assist on special projects.
· Candidate’s main work location will be in the Auburn Hills office.
Qualifications:
· College -A big plus.
· Minimum 2 years experience in a client service office setting a must; preferably in the financial & investment advisory industry.
· Experience using Salesforce, DocuSign, and/or Calendly software applications -A significant advantage.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite -Outlook, Excel, Word a must.
