Our electrical apprenticeship program covers 100% of the tuition and an educational bonus is earned after completion of each 75-hour semester. We are looking for associates able to travel overnight. Travel differential paid and generous mileage reimbursement.
Responsibilities:
- Cutting, bending and running electrical conduit materials.
- Assist in terminating electrical panes, set fixtures, outlets and various electrical devices.
- Assist electricians in the layout, installation, troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems.
- Perform routine maintenance on electrical wiring and systems.
- Assists in maintaining and tracking all tools on job site.
- Follows established safety practices and procedures.
- Attends required schooling to achieve the 600 hours required to take the Journeyman Electrical Exam.
Experience:
- 2 year of electrical experience required.
- Basic electrical and mechanical skills.
- Familiar with electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Comfortable with electrical testing equipment.
- Well organized, motivated with a can-do attitude!
- Must have reliable transportation as travel is required.
