Kaye Bender Rembaum, PL is a full-service commercial law firm dedicated to the representation of community associations throughout Florida. Our Palm Beach Gardens, Florida office is actively seeking a Community Association Attorney to join our thriving and growing law Firm!

Must live within a reasonable commute to the Palm Beach Gardens, FL office!

• Attorneys with HOA experience and a book of clients are welcome ***
  
  

The successful candidate will focus on transactional issues for our Community Association clients.

Areas of concentration include:

• Assessment Collections
• Construction defect claims
• Contract Drafting and Negotiation
• Covenant enforcement
• Fair Housing
• Land Use and Zoning
• Litigation and Arbitration
• Master / Sub Association Issues
• Pre and Post Turnover Planning
• Review and Amendment of Covenants
  
  

Requirements:

• License to practice as an attorney in the State of Florida.
• Exposure to community associations or corporate law is a plus.
• Effectively communicate in writing with counsel, clients, and actively engage in all aspects of a thriving community association practice.
• Display energetic, positive, talented, and highly motivated attitude combined with excellent written communication and drafting skills.
• Ability to speak to audiences regarding clients’ questions or concerns.
• Self-starter who can work independently or as part of a team.
• Local travel during business hours and evenings to meet the needs of our clients.
