Location: Los Angeles, CA
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Job Description
- A strong understanding of HR reporting needs and best practices, including experience with common HCM reports like headcount analysis, workforce demographics, compensation data, and leave balances.
- Needs familiarity with Oracle HCM reporting capabilities and functionalities.
- Ability to understand the business needs of different departments and how HR reports are used to inform strategic workforce decisions.
- The ability to collaborate effectively with the implementation team.
- Strong analytical skills to assess reporting needs, identify gaps, and propose solutions.
- Responsible for managing the reporting needs catalog, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
