Job Title : Seibi Technician (1393933)

Location : Buffalo, WV (Onsite)

Duration : 12 months

Travel : International Travel to Japan- Training purpose / hands on

What You'll Be Doing

  • Engage with other groups / departments in jishuken activity.
  • Utilize the TBP process to solve chronic OA and workability issues.
  • Develop and manage denwacho for the assigned work area.
  • Track and countermeasure punch list items for areas of concern.
  • Engage in functional activities and complex problem-solving both individually and within the working group.
  • Utilize MK / MMR / MMS revision processes to drive global machine specification improvements.
  • Plan and execute equipment commissioning activities for the assigned work area.
  • Demonstrate the ability to learn new processes as required.
  • Support VTO / ITO / Production Trials.
  • Certify the safety of equipment per MMR / MMS via Safety Check.

What You must have :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent at a minimum.
  • Experience with PLC programming , including the ability to read, interpret, and modify (some experience required).
  • Experience with input / output for machine-to-machine communication (some experience required).
  • Experience with NC Programming, including the ability to read, interpret, and modify (some experience required).
  • Experience with Pneumatic / Hydraulic systems, including the ability to read, interpret, and modify (some experience required).
  • Experience with performing static accuracy measurements (some experience required).
  • Willingness to work required overtime and travel as needed, both domestically and internationally (Y / N).

    • Bonus If You Have :

  • Experience in an engineering or maintenance role in a high-volume manufacturing facility (2 years preferred).
  • Experience with fabrication / modification of simple parts (Brackets, Guarding, etc.) preferred.
  • Experience using Job Instruction Sheets (JIS) preferred.
  • Experience creating Job Instruction Sheets and Job Safety Analysis (JIS / JSA) preferred.
