Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced OTM Cloud Functional Lead to join our team for an exciting implementation project. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in implementing Oracle Transportation Planning Cloud and a proven track record of successful project deliveries. This role is critical as our client embarks on an Oracle Transformation, transitioning from their current CLX system to Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of Oracle Transportation Planning Cloud, ensuring successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with the client to understand their needs and guide them through the transition from CLX to OTM.
- Participate in the design phase, preparing the client for the migration to OTM.
- Provide expertise on integrations and how they work within the Oracle ecosystem.
- Work onsite in Cleveland for the first month, followed by a more flexible remote work schedule.
- Assist in training and supporting the client’s team during the transition process.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in implementing Oracle Transportation Planning Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Global Trade Management Cloud is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver projects successfully.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts to clients.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing project needs.
- Willingness to be onsite in Cleveland for the initial phase of the project.
