Job Description:

• Online robot programming Sealer, UBC, and Dampening Run trials and adjust parameters Evaluate quality drawings and meet standards
• Online robot Programming Primer, Base and Clear Run trials and adjust parameters Evaluate quality drawings and meet standards
• Off line robot programming Use simulation software to perform reach studies and cycle time analysis Knowledge of Fanuc Paint Pro and Kawasaki Carott3 programming software
• Evaluate Quality Use elco-meters, Fisher Dual Scope, wave-scan and X-Rite
• Create Hand Over Documents Create snapshots of the robot processes for the NAMC s
• Effective communications Must be able to use Microsoft Office and communicate with the written word
• Requires Steel Toe Boots (Y/N): Yes

Requirements:

• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge
• Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
• Flexible and able to multitask on several different aspects of a project or on multiple projects
• Able to take initiative to recommend projects, product improvements, or cost reductions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• 2 years technical degree or equivalent work experience
• Bonus if you have:
• Experience with automated robotic paint shop applications
• Experience with Kawasaki Robots, Fanuc Robots (programming and problem troubleshooting)
• Experience with Digital Engineering
• Additional related certifications
• Bachelor s degree in related field, or equivalent experience.

Travel is going to be about 50%.
Overtime: about 50% on weekends and Holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Online robot programming-Run trials and adjust parameters, evaluate quality drawings and meet standards.
• Offline robot programming-Use simulation software to perform reach studies and cycle time analysis. Knowledge of Fanuc Paint Pro and Kawasaki Carott3 programming software.
• Evaluate Quality-Use elco-meters, Fisher Dual Scope, wave-scan and BYK-Mac.
• Create Hand Over Documents-Create snapshots of the robot processes for the NAMC s, Including node maps, quality data and program back-ups.
