Contract duration: 12 Months with a possibility of extension or potentially to convert full-time as well.

Job Description:

• We are seeking an individual with extensive experience in SQL, Excel, Power BI, and Tableau, combined with a solid background in Finance and Treasury.
• We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic financial professional to drive data-driven decision-making and analysis in critical areas such as Interest Rate Risk (IRR), Liquidity Risk, Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP), Valuation, and Financial Forecasting.
• The successful candidate will leverage key metrics like Net Interest Income (NII), Earnings at Risk (EAR), Economic Value of Equity (EVE), and other Key Risk Indicators to provide leadership and actionable insights.
• Additionally, this individual will play a key role in the maintenance and automation of financial analysis reports and dashboards, showcasing a strong understanding of data management and database systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Financial Models: Create complex Asset Liability Management (ALM) models using tools such as Empyrean, Excel, and SQL to serve as the foundation for the Asset/Liability Management programs for Our Client, TFSB, and other AOR SFC entities.
• Automate and Optimize Processes: Develop, maintain, and enhance automated processes and reporting solutions using a variety of tools and technologies, including Excel, VBA, Tableau, Power BI, Python, Snowflake, .Net, and C#.
• Treasury Management Guidance: Advise finance subsidiaries on best practices for treasury management, ensuring compliance with policies and guidelines. Contribute to funding forecasts and provide input on funding strategies and associated programs.
• Analytical Support for Decision-Making: Support management forums such as the Asset/Liability Committee (ALCO) by delivering in-depth market and financial analysis to inform strategic decisions, proposals, and market transactions.
• Balance Sheet & ALM Strategy: Perform balance sheet analysis, assess economic impacts, and design ALM strategies that align with the organization’s financial goals.
• Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with key internal departments, including Treasury, FP&A, Risk, and Profitability, to ensure cohesive financial strategies and insights.

Required Qualifications:

• Financial Modeling Expertise: Proficient in financial modeling, including cash flow forecasting and other complex forecasting techniques.
• Advanced Excel Skills: Expertise in advanced Excel functions, including complex formulas and data analysis techniques.
• Advanced SQL Proficiency: Extensive experience with SQL for querying and analyzing large data sets.
• PowerPoint Skills: Advanced proficiency in creating impactful presentations and financial reports.

Technical Skills:

SQL – 3 years of hands-on experience.

Excel – 3 years of experience, with advanced skills in complex formulas and financial modeling.

Preferred Experience:

• Treasury Experience: Medium-level exposure to treasury management processes and activities.
• ALM Expertise: Strong experience in Asset Liability Management.
• Financial Reporting & Modeling: Solid background in financial reporting and advanced financial modeling techniques.
• Fixed Income Instruments: Experience with fixed income financial instruments and data management.
