Job Responsibilities
Engage in online robot programming for Sealer, UBC, and Dampening, running trials and adjusting parameters to meet quality standards.
Conduct online robot programming for Primer, Base, and Clear, ensuring trials are run and parameters adjusted accordingly.
Perform offline robot programming using simulation software for reach studies and cycle time analysis, with knowledge of Fanuc Paint Pro and Kawasaki Carott3 programming software.
Evaluate quality using elco-meters, wave-scan, and X-Rite to ensure compliance with standards.
Create handover documents by capturing snapshots of robot processes for the NAMCs.
Communicate effectively using Microsoft Office Suite and maintain clear written communication.

Preferred Skills
Experience or knowledge of checking the quality of manufacturing equipment or robots.
Experience working with robots and programming languages (Catia OR Carrot 3).
Digital experience.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with automated robotic paint shop applications.
Experience with Kawasaki Robots and Fanuc Robots (programming and troubleshooting).
Experience with Digital Engineering.
Additional related certifications.
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Interview Process :
The interview process will include a STAR / Video interview of 30 minutes with the Hiring Manager and other managers. If necessary, a second round may be conducted.
