Work Schedule: Hybrid Mon, Fri WFH Tues-Thurs Office

Domestic and International Travel:
Potential for 30% Travel to NAMC’s and Vendors including International to Japan, Canada and Mexico to support M.Seibi in equipment installation.
Potential for international travel 3 months after start depending on current project timing for weekend/shutdown support. Member will need a valid passport and work permit if applicable
Overtime: 50% including weekends and holidays.
Total Experience: 1 year of equivalent technical work experience with robotic programming of industrial robots using teach pendants/coding.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct DE studies to produce virtual robot programs and confirm new model process feasibility.
- Confirm Digital Factory Condition for accuracy.
- Create Weld Schedule Instruction Sheets and provide other supplemental documents to customers.
- Conduct New Model process planning (DE) studies.
- Support Machine Seibi in new model preparation activities, including programming robots at vendor locations or manufacturing centers.
- Prepare and confirm new or modified Body Weld equipment at the vendors or manufacturing centers.
- Develop equipment countermeasures during planning/set-up/trial phases.
- Travel up to 30% (or dispatch) to U.S., Canada, and/or Mexico NAMCs and suppliers, as well as international travel including Japan, Canada, and Mexico.
- Work up to 50% overtime, including weekends and holidays.
Requirements:
What you Should have (minimum):
- Associate technical degree (or higher), or 1 year of equivalent technical work experience.
- Experience with robotic programming of industrial robots using teach pendants/coding.
- Experience with virtual robotic programming using any 3D simulation software.
- Ability to travel up to 30% at times (including international travel).
- Ability to work up to 50% overtime, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficient with Microsoft products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
What you may have (bonus):
- Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in an Engineering/Technical field.
- CAROTT SEIBI, MACHINE SEIBI, or Body Weld maintenance experience.
- Experience with (Carott3).
- Visual Components (BisFactory) experience.
- Body Shop Project / Mass Production Experience.
