Job Description:
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Must have experience migrating from Meditech to Epic and Athena to Epic
- -11 years of experience in IT with a focus on system integration
- Leadership experience
- Proven experience managing complex projects related to hospital acquisitions or mergers, including EHR and ancillary system integration
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare IT systems, data management, and integration methodologies, so strong understanding of regulatory requirements and standards affecting healthcare IT, including HIPAA.
The IT Integration Lead will play a central role within the IT organization, ensuring IT integration activities are identified, planned, and executed effectively. This position will also be a key partner to leaders throughout the enterprise to ensure IT integration activities align with the expectations and needs of the rest of the business.
Lead the planning and execution of IT integration strategies for newly acquired assets and partnerships, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
EDUCATION:
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred
EXPERIENCE:
· 12 years of experience in IT leadership roles within care delivery settings of various sizes, with a focus on system integration · Proven experience managing complex projects related to hospital acquisitions or mergers, including EHR and ancillary system integrations
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES (KSA):
· In-depth knowledge of healthcare IT systems, data management, and integration methodologies.
· Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and standards affecting healthcare IT, including HIPAA.
· Excellent project management skills, with proficiency in project management software and methodologies.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Including senior executives
· Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills to address integration challenges effectively.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $75.00 - $78.00 per hour
