Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify issues and perform repairs.
- Perform general maintenance tasks (painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, mechanical systems).
- Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns.
- Install, set up, and maintain equipment and machinery.
- Ensure safety compliance and adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Document all maintenance, repairs, and installations.
Experience & Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED.
- 2-3 years of relevant maintenance experience.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Basic electrical knowledge (12V, 24V, 120V/208V, 277V/480V).
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and SAP Work Order process.
- Ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and plan maintenance tasks.
- Must be available for off-shift, weekend, or on-call work as needed.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
Experience:
- Maintenance Technician: 1 year (Preferred)
