What are the responsibilities and job description for the Oracle Cloud SCM Demand Expert position at Kaygen?
KAYGEN is an emerging leader in providing top talent for technology based staffing services. We specialize in providing high-volume contingent staffing, direct hire staffing and project based solutions to companies worldwide ranging from startups to Fortune 500 and Managed Service Providers (MSP) across a wide variety of industries
Location : A candidate from the Midwest would be ideal, as travel would be easier for them.
Time Zone : The candidate will work in the EST time zone.
Travel : The role requires up to 50% travel, including occasional travel to Missouri. Travel to Mexico may also be necessary, as the organization Rheem is working with has a manufacturing facility there.
Industry : Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the manufacturing industry.
Experience : The ideal candidate should have completed 2 to 3 cloud implementations.
Project Duration : Rheem's project is expected to run until September. If the candidate performs well, there may be an opportunity for the contract to be extended, and the resource could transition from independent support to vendor support.
Project Type : This is an implementation project focused on planning modules. The roles are more client-facing or business-facing, with less emphasis on technical responsibilities. The candidate will visit client locations to identify and address any gaps.
Team and Project Context : Rheem is partnering with two organizations to deploy solutions in the Midwest, and they are looking for implementation candidates to join the team. As the current team focuses on deployment, this position will help fill the gap and bring solutions to the new organization.
Role Focus : No design or development work is required.

Focus on the domain side of Oracle Cloud, including the supply chain and replenishment modules.
